Reward Terms and Conditions

How to get your $100 VISA reward:  

1. Find Your Apartment

2. Tell the leasing office you were referred by Apartment Central.  List Apartment Central on the guest card and application. This must be done in writing.
3. Report your lease and collect your reward! *To collect reward,you MUST contact us and report your lease information.   Once you have reported your lease to us and moved into your apartment, you can expect your reward back pretty quickly. Here’s how the timing works: 

  Your apartment property pays us and we in turn pay you. As soon as the property processes payment to us, we process payment to you. 

  You can generally expect your reward within 6-10 weeks from the date you move in, depending on when you claim your reward and how fast your apartment property

  processes payment to us. The faster you report your lease, the faster we can get you paid!  Payment will be in the form of a prepaid $100 VISA gift card, which

  is accepted anywhere VISA debit and credit cards are accepted.  This card is not transferrable for cash.

The Details you should know…

  Your name must appear on the lease as the occupant of the apartment unit number you are claiming your reward on. 

  Payment of your reward is subject to a confirmation from the apartment property that the name on the reward claim form is an occupant of the apartment. 

  Only one person occupying your apartment is eligible to get a reward from a single apartment lease. For example, if you and a roommate lease an apartment together,

  only one of you can claim the reward. The first to claim and be verified will be the claim paid, any additional claims for the same apartment can not be paid. 

  Claim must be submitted within 30 days of move-in date.  Lease term must

  be at least 6 months to qualify for a rebate.

We love to pay REWARDS, but the apartment property will not pay Apartment Central and we cannot make a reward payment to you if: 

  You already live at the apartment property or you are renewing your existing lease 

  You already have a relationship with the property or (in some cases) a related property that is managed or owned by the same company. 

  You are or have been employed by the apartment property or a related property

  You found your apartment by means other than Apartment Central 

  You identified a source other than Apartment Central as your referral on any document you fill out for the property.  

  If for any reason Apartment Central is not paid by the property, we cannot give a reward.

            Your VISA gift card will be $100.
